BCM50 external transfer issue

BCM50 external transfer issue
Greetings all. I have a BCM50 (rls 2.0.2.05e) My issue is with externally transfered call volume levels. Users can call external numbers without issue but, if a call is transfered to a salesman in the field, the salesman can barely hear the person that was transfered to them. I have gone...- G8keyper
