Dexman, you got it. I found both drives for the same price and was wondering if I was missing something obvious. I can't really see any reasons not to go with the flash. Before long, all our computers will have them. Price is dropping rapidly.

I have the old dial 777 busy signal after running perfectly for 3+ yrs. Reboot makes VM work for a couple hours. So I will replace the drive. What are advantages/disadvantages of traditional hard drive vs. new flash drives? Flash drives would seem to be the obvious choice. Thanks in advance, Brian

I bought a used MLS-12D and 1,4,7,* don't work. I traced it to a bad spot on the membrane. Looks like coffee! Where can I purchase the membranes, cards, etc. for MLS phones? Or should I just buy refurbished units? Thanks, Brian
