Thanks Sole. A*2U Not sure about the circuit. But we have the same scenario you explain...current Direct numbers are ###-###-9XXX and our internal Extensions are the XXX. Looking for Export/Import Recommendations
Mike - have to assmue you are using barcodes on your tapes? If so, the library will scan the barcodes & update auto. There is also a feature in BE called Vaulting, with which you can plan the rotations in & out. It is a little cumbersome to set up but you can do a lot with it. Rgds R111- RobbieD111

Newbie Question: DID mapping
Hey All - I have a block of DID's available to me from my TelCo & am trying to map them to internal ext.'s from within CCM 3.3 Bottom line: Last 3 #'s of DID needs to match the Ext # If I have missed a thread in my searching, please point me in the right direction. Thanks Robbie D- RobbieD111
