    Update. It was that setting in Unity. I didn't notice that the user had activated the follow me mobile profile. On the follow me it was set to forward straight to vm. Thanks for the input

    It is unity and I checked that setting and it is set to ring the extension. I tried to change it to send directly to the greeting and then change it back with no luck.

    We are looking to upgrade from 8.0 UR4 (due to various issues) but are unsure if we should go to 8.0 UR5 or 9.0. If anyone has any advice that would be great. 2 - MCD 1 - MxE 6 - Lx 4 - Mx
