    Problem between COS and ACD Feature Access Code

    Hi, I'm trying to restrict people from logging in and out manually on a specific station. I have configured that station with a COS 0 which has everything restricted however the ACD feature access codes still work, the other FACs do not. Any ideas why after setting up a cos with everything...

    i actually figured it out, i apparently was using the wrong setting for multiple call handling, i changed it to one-forced and it started sending the inbound calls on the other line even though they were already on a call.

    Aux -work Codes - what am I doing wrong

    i see. well thanks for the information guys, just figured that it will be helpful to force an agent to go straight into an available state, i'll do some more research. Most likely it can be done through a 3rd party tool ie. softphone.

    I'm not sure if this is a whole new thread but its some how related. Is there a way to change the default reason code of the system so instead of going normally into Aux 0 upong agents login to go straight into an available state??? Any suggestions are appreciated.
