check spam filter and have nothing incoming for this address
nothing from email address being quarentined
user standard - just like everyone else.
deleted email account and recreated.
still unable to receive external email.
I have a user that is unable to receive external emails...
everything else is working correctly.
Only one in the network that cannot receive external email..
any ideas....
