    My CD ROM drive will not open and read data on cd disks. When I do scan disk on that drive the message says that my D drive is locked by a disk utility. Is there a way to unlock the drive?

    Is there a listing of what tasks the function keys perform in Word? For example, in Word Perfect if I press F4 it brings up the Open menu. I would like to be able to use these keys in Word.
