    BCM 450 outgoing calls are not recognized by auto attendants-DTMF issue?

    I have a BCM 450 that is on the same campus LAN as three BCM 50's. All calls go out through one of the BCM 50's on PRI (VOIP between all switches). All systems can make calls inside or outside the local network. Any outgoing calls on those BCM 50's will navigate any auto attendant we have found...

    Not a Mitel guy (Nortel/Avaya), but have perused the manuals I downloaded. Figured most stuff out, but customer has a set (reception) that gets "phantom" voicemail notifications, no message in their mailbox, but lamp is lit (4110 phone). Restarted set once and cleared it, but it's come back...

    Upgraded a MICS (7.1)to ISDN. Caller ID used to appear (CI cartridge) before the call was answered, now it doesn't until after the call.

    BCM to BCM within the same LAN

    I am a new guy to BCM, old school Nortel guy. I need to connect two buildings on the same network (two switches connected by MM fiber)with BCM's. One end will be BCM50, one end is BCM400. Will it work within the same LAN, and are there pitfalls I need to know about?
