    Is it possible to add a DIG key to another key beyond key 5 on an 1140? When I do it doesn't seem to appear. Only when it's programmed on Keys 1 to 5. If it's possible what key do you recommend I test it on? I've tried it on key 11 and 6.

    How do you display all phones with a Prime DN as other lines on other phone sets? Example: ext 5000 is MCR Prime DN on key 0. ext 5000 is MCN on key 1 on any other given phone set(s). How do I display all other sets that have ext 5000 on key 1? Using Nortel CS 1000 OTM. Thanks in advance.

    Call Forward Nortel i2002 phone CS 1000 changes on its own

    Call Forward seems to enable on its own. When it does it seems to change the extension that was previously entered. Call Pilot Revert DN is the extension that it seems to change to. Any ideas?

    Can I change the feature key labels thru Nortel CS 1000 web gui on an autodial key? I know how to change the label on the phone itself. I would like to know how I can make that change to the phones through a central means(i.e. web gui or system navigator).
