Alright i just fixed this issue, i changed my vista skin and apparently that was the reason, i changed it back to the original microsoft one and the "blue" bars (They weren't green) are back :) Well incase someone did that same thing i did, hope they could find this thread and solve the problem...

Alright, to start things off, i turned on my laptop yesterday and it worked fine, but i unplugged it by accident and it shut off (battery doesnt work). So i tried to start it up again and it wont boot up anymore, it shows a error message and then restarts. It wont go into safe mode or anything...
