I agree with goombawaho because I talked to HP support and they suggested me not to use other software because they might report data incorrectly.
Ayway I guess for now I will try to work like this and ignore the temp. readings, because in reality the HDD is not...
So you think BIOS is providing that information about temp. which is way too high, and cannot be that high because it would get on fire, but also I am touching the HDD and it's not that hot.
Any other idea except BIOS who controls those information?

I have a weird situation with my hard drive, the temperature goes from 55 to 253 C, with no reason.
I used three softwares to figure out what's going on:HDD Life, HDD thermometer and Speed fan.
All these softwares allow you to see HDD temperature but all of them are telling me that...
