I have tried that. I have specified the IP address in my string value (Nortel-i2004-A,172.25.1.242.) and I tried (Nortel-i2004-B,172.25.1.242.). I also tried to specify option 152 as an IP address instead of a string value. Nothing has worked. Any other ideas? Thanks

If the "no system reset-to-factory" command was not issued in the initial configuration, is there any other way to recover, change, or default the password? The router I am trying to get into is set to "system reset-to-factory".
