    Adobe Premiere 6.0 shutters

    I have Adobe premiere 6.0/ Pinnacle dc2000 . It work find when working on the project. After rendering the video it skips during playback and during transfer. I tried reloading it ( not uninstalling but just reloading the disk). Nothing is helping, So I don't know what to do about this problem.

    I am trying to figure out what is going on with my photoshop 7. Well first it just started to do it about 2-3 weeks ago. I would load in the pictures I would need to work on ( no more then 20 size is 640x480.) They would load to 10 or so normal and then after that it would blink for every one...
