    Set ACQ to yes in LD 23

    I´ll reply on myself so maybe I can help other Nortel "rookies" with this issue. I acquired a new ACD in LD 23 nicely but couldn´t get it acquired. This is supposed to be done in the CCMS- Configuration - ACD - DN Simply add the new ACD and acquire it and there u go.

    Just to add some more details as I found useful information within the forum. The only questio here is does someone know why for multicast it is going to 230.0.0.1? Is this really necessary? Can I change this or is an IP address necessary for the multicast option? If someone should have a...

    The CCMS server tries to access 230.0.0.1 Before studying why and for what reason it does this, has someone experienced this as well and could inform me about this. Help would be more than appreciated.

    Hi all, Could anyone give me directions to have activity codes like "gone for lunch", "bathroom", etc. configured? These codes are already within the CS1000 but I don´t know how to get them on the softphones and so far I haven´t had any luck with the documentation. Thanks
