from my computer i can not telnet to port 80 of www.mydoamin.com but for example checkDNS.net reports:
HTTP server www.mydomain.com answers on port 80
and i can telnet from some of outside servers, from some of them i could not!
i have a dedicated server,
i could not access my page with http://www.mydomain.com from home with usual internet but could access http://mydomain.com.
when i connect to my server with vpn connection (host of vpn is my dedicated server) i http://www.mydomain.com has no problem!
how can i check...

im new to web services and hosting and DNS setup,
i have domain name, and i setup DNS settings in hosting service ,
there is no problem browsing mydomain.com but problem is when i browse www.mydomain.com and it do not work.

i check /etc/mail/local-host-names and add my domain to it!
i think this is the control panels job!
/etc/mail/virtusertable was complete, so after starting sendmail it started to receive mails. :)

yes i restart sendmail by "service sendmail restart"
but i have that problem yet,
i have a server, and want to host some personal webpages, i setup Dns,then when i want to setup snedmail at first clients could not connect to the server from outside(i could not telnet to server on...
