Thanks to all those that tried to help, but I never found out what the cause was. I ditched EFH Broadband as they could not help with the problem and signed up with Sky. Problem instantly solved.
I'm still curious as to what it could have been. I changed the modem and drivers and the problem...
After years of trouble free connection I came home after a weekend away to find I had no ADSL connection. The status in Network Connections said it was connected and the modem power and signal lights were green, but I had to disconnect then connect to get back on line.
Same thing happened 15...
