    Hello: I ended up setting up a seperate IP-trunk group between the two sites. When just stations were working I had numbering format on page 3 of the trunk form set to unk-pvt. I switched that to private and then stations and agent IDs started covering properly. thanks: Joe

    Okay, I have this working for stations at the second site, but not for agent IDs. Is it even possible to have agent IDs at the second site set up to have voicemail at the first site that has the MM? thanks: Joe
