Getting the Handle to a database from an ordinary class
You can give it to the class as a parameter (in the constructor for example) Or if you only need a JDBC connection from the evt.getDatabase() you can use JNDI to lookup the DataSource object en get a connection from it. gr, Machiel- Viper0313

Timeout while DSO is running?
Hello, 10 hours to handle a request. pfff I think that the endusers don't like that. What about spawning a new worker thread to do the job. You can respond on the request right away. Build a status screen or something where the user can check the status of the worker thread. something like...- Viper0313
