It's been a very long time since I did anything on a Merlin Legend regarding PRI's and pools. Can I assign B-channels on the same PRI to different pools? And if so, how do I assign the dial access code (9 for 70 default, 8 for pool xxx).
The end result that I would love is to have some users...
I have a customer and they had a caller call in, was routed to the AA, and then chose the operator. The operator answered and was able to hear the caller, but also heard the main greeting in the background of the call - anyone have this issue before? If so, any suggestions??
