I dont have a cross over cable handy I have to go pick one up. Its not letting me talk to it via ethernet though. The top and bottom network lights are on, which should mean its seeing everything good, but it doesnt want to let me ping or talk to it over http

by a station port, do you mean punched down onto the block, or connected into a port on the wall?

Hi, I just got a call pilot 100 to interface with my Norstar CICS. I plugged it into my ethernet network, connected the PORT-A to the port on the front of the CICS. and turned it on. http://192.168.110.10 doesnt ping or let me access it via http. any ideas on what the problem is? Thanks...

So if I call the phone company and let them know I need that enabled, my phone system will automatically do that?

Hi, Norstar CICS. I was wondering if its possible to have a the phones ring down without hunt groups. What I mean is if line one is busy it automatically sends the call to line 2 if someone is calling line 1. and so on. Thank you, I really need this to work Craig Beale

Yes, I just did a reset and made the extensions 100-151. Still nothing comes up.

Hi, Im trying to program the Norstar CICS, software version 7.1 for my small buisness. No matter what password I use, Hunt Groups never come up under system programming. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks, Craig Beale
