Hi, Thanks for your thoughts. We decided to upgrade the platform to 7.1ur2 and see what happens. The upgrade wouldn't apply so we installed from scratch and then restored. So far so good but it has only been a week!- slav09091969

Mitel 3300 ACD Failing
Hi all, anyone seen any issues with ACD call routing failing? We have a system running 6.1.5.4 which will work fine but then all of a sudden callers will not get any RAD and they will just ring out until a agent answers?
