I got it. I throw everything at it.
I should have mentioned that I tried running them in safe mode but they failed to start.
It was a combination of several malware, ativirus, reg cleaner programs that finally did it. I also had to re-install Microsoft Installer.

Today I noticed that IE7 and Firefox were not loading pages correctly. Some page would not open, CSS was crazy or not there, picture not loading (you get the idea). I did a complete default restore on IE7 but that did not help.
I'm starting to think that it is a malware. So I ran Eset online...
I check the jumpers. There were none. I installed my original hard drive did a total reformat and reloaded OS and drivers. But still keep getting blue screens. I don't have any of the options you suggested in the Bios. I'm threw in the towel and ordered a new shinny one from Dell. Thanks for all...
System was running fine. I downloaded and installed an Outlook add-in. Then I got the blue screen. And continued to get it.
So I installed new ram and hard drive. I began installing XP Pro. After I specified computer name. It came up with another blue screen again. Stop: 0x000000F4...
I received a blue screen a death a couple of days ago. I wasn't able to get the error code. So I go get abother HD. I load the drivers but decide I want to try and reformat my existing HD. So I reformatted the hard drive and then started the install process. Windows XP was almost done installing...

Good question because I've been doubting if I have a true connection or not. I'm using a Linksys WRV200 at each end. When I go into the log I get the following.

I just setup a vpn connection through two endpoints but I can't ping anything from either side even though I have an active connection.
