How can I send out a notification to the server admins when there are files that are skipped/missed on thier servers? I guess that is the ultimate goal. Thanks for your help

I need to figure out how to turn on notification on my Networker 7.3.2 so that I get notified when it skips/misses files as a result of them being open. It is networker 7.3.2 and on Win2003

Currently our Networker system skips or fails on open files when it is doing a backup. I have been tasked to figure out how to get it to backup the open files even if it is a fuzzy backup. What are some options? I am using Networker 7.3.2 on Win2003

I have a job that has been running for a few hours and it says it's 100% complete in the GUI. I try to stop the job so I can restart it because I am pretty sure that the only thing that needs to be done is it needs to run it's indexes and it tells me it can't stop it because it is not currently...
