And you did install it as administrator, not just an account with administrator priviliges? I have seen that sometimes this causes a problem.

Does the system discover them on the subnet?

Just to make sure: have you run the inopw.exe util to create an ino.sam file for the win9x machines? This is critical as Inoc uses the local SAM to connect and manage the clients. Need more help? Post a follow-up. I'll walk you through if need be. jve

I have seen where if you have monitoring enabled for both directions, network browsing and most activity is slowed. Changing it to monitor incoming files only can help this problem. Hope this helps you!
