Maybe this is irrelevant to your situ, but with the info you provided...it's hard to understand why you'd send the call back to the IVR, or perhaps even use it in the first place if it's only prompting the caller for input, and not doing any db lookups, or passing of data. Why not use vector...
Softconsole 1.5.3 displaying 64 (8 rows, 8 columns) buttons instead of 100. I know I've seen this problem about 5 years ago, but can't remember what the heck I did to fix it!?

You may need to update the driver for the dongle (sentinel rainbow usb), use system, device manager to do this, and find the driver in the sentinel folder below the server folder on the BCMS install disk.
