By default, footnotes are placed in the bottom of a frame where footnote entry is added.
Is it possible to place footnotes in a separate frame in InDesign CS3, so that footnotes could be placed somewhere else on the layout?
I am working on a dictionary. I must place first term on a page on a left upper corner of a header and last term on ge to the right upper corner of a page.
Is there a way to automaticaly do that in CS2?
