    I use nested styles in some of my paragraph styles. Some change tekst to bold, some to italic. Everything is O.K. within ID (on screen, on print, in exported PDF).     By default, footnotes are placed in the bottom of a frame where footnote entry is added. Is it possible to place footnotes in a separate frame in InDesign CS3, so that footnotes could be placed somewhere else on the layout?

    I am working on a dictionary. I must place first term on a page on a left upper corner of a header and last term on ge to the right upper corner of a page. Is there a way to automaticaly do that in CS2?
