    Hi Yes and all i got was access to the Microsoft office Online programme which then pointed me to a number of programmes and providers that can be downloaded (at a cost) to do this for me. Am trying to do without cost. Any thoughts? BTW am using v2003.

    I have created a new field with a drop down menu. This allows users to select 1 or more items from this list. However, these items, once chosen only show on 1 horizontal line, rather than one above the other. Is there anyway to see the items listed one above the other? Many thanks
