@TTT: Yes, when switching from 18 to 18D the new 18Ds still act like 18s. And thanks for the restart code, i haven't tried that yet because my boss wants 99.9X% uptime, but i will once i have exhausted all other options.

How about if the caller does nothing after the A.A. message? Pressing 0 is good, but my boss wants to make sure that anyone who calls will talk to a human (after the A.A.) and not be put on hold forever or disconnected?
