Can someone tell me the diffence between a MM710 and MM710B? Trying to determine is I need the B model for a specific function. Its cheeper to buy the non B version. Thanks in advance.

How do you register a CS1K on UCM when its on a system manager? I have one connection on the system manager that is a TLAN connection. Do I need to route my ELAN and TLAN networks now? Did I just miss something in the configuration? Thanks in advance!

We are using Sprint they told us to not use our own SBCs and we also have the blind transfer issue. Did you end up installing and SBC? How long have you had your issue? Was there ever any resolution via Avaya or Sprint? Both of them are pointing fingers at each other.

We have carrier SIP trunks at a few of our locations and we are unable to call forward external when going out carrier SIP. We beleive its because the CLID doesn't match the SIP number so the carrier doesn't allow the call to pass.

We are in processes to convert our SG to an E. There doesn't seem to be a converstion tool from Avaya and when bring over teh database it is including all the common equipment information with it. When you go to delete the common equipment it won't let you. Has anyone done this before and how...
Currently our help desk phones are setup to display the names but not numbers. The problem is that when they call someone outside teh PBX the CLID doesn't display and users either block it or don't pick up.
Is there a way to have a line on the phone that does allow CLID for outside calls...
