I just realized that the Nortel pinout diagram was OF COURSE for the jack, NOT the plug. How could I miss that?? I'll remake my cable and test it in the AM. I'll let you know what happens, though I'm guessing it'll work!
Yes. I don't have a test system to try this on, so I test it in the early AM and late PM. Currently (i.e. during business hours) the PRI from the telco is plugged directly into the MICS.

I have a fax server that will route faxes to users' email accounts via DTMF. I've read that this can be done with a VMI, but have been unable to come up with any specifics on how to accomplish this. Here's what I have:

I sound a lot like the customer in the above question. I've got a MICS system and have been assigned the task of figuring out how to setup a fax server. The server software will route by DIDs, but I can't figure out what I need on the PBX side to get those DIDs to the server. Can anyone help?
