WDS PXE boot - DHCP across Vlans (Layer 3 switch)
Can you send the switch config for VLAN 100 and 110? Also is your DHCP server on VLAN 110? Are you running DHCP from the L3 Switch or from a Server?- joshsmtech

Cisco 2950 & 2960 with Zhone 2040G
I'd recommend checking the logs on your 2950, 2960 and the Zhones to see if there is any indication of an issue on the uplink ports to the Zhone devices. Do you need to trunk between the Zhone and the Cisco switches?- joshsmtech

You should try and limit "Daisy Chaining" devices whenever possible. This will improve overall performance and is easier to manage and support.
