External calls not transferring via path

I have checked out a number of COS flags etc to no avail. Am I right in thinking that an ACD path as an originating party couldnt make external calls as there are no COS or COR assigned to it? Thanks

    Voicemail and AA

OK the real update. The system is a Mitel 3300MXEII running 8.0.7.16_2. All voicemails apart from this particular instance are working correctly. The auto attendant message that is played in this case is the standard "if you know the extension of the party you wish to contact blah blah blah"...

External calls not transferring via path

Ok all, a little more information on the problem I am having. The system is a Mitel 3300MX running on version 7.1.6.10_1. There is a system speed call assignment pointing a DDI to and ACD path (5050). This path uses a dummy agent group and plays an autoattendant message giving the caller...

    Voicemail and AA

Hi all, I have an issue with voicemail on one of my customers sites I was hoping someone could help me with. An ACD queue is configured to handle calls and is set up so that if all agents are busy / unavailable the call goes to voicemail of an extension in a different department. The calls come...

    DSP Card

kwbMitel: I know about the thresholds. Its a pain in the backside isnt it?! Especially when the customer is one of those "anti red flashing light" fellas! haha Replace is the order of the day. :-(

    DSP Card

Hi Matt, thanks for getting in touch. Yes the first thing I did was to change the DSP from slot 4 to 3 where I still got the 25% failure error, after which I installed the second DSP and got 50%. Thanks

    DSP Card

Hi all, I have an issue with a Mitel 3300 MX Controller stating that 25% of the DSP resource is unavailable. The system has a single Quad DSP card on board. I have tried, at Mitels suggestion, removing power and then powering back up but had no joy. I have also replaced the DSP with another...

ACD on Mitel 3300s across multiple sites

Thankyou both for replying. They already have the Teleworker solution for users abroad but I think I would rather go down the virtual call center route as it seems a little more feature rich being at agent level and not group level. Thanks Jimmy

ACD on Mitel 3300s across multiple sites

Hi, I have a scenario where a customer has 8 Mitel 3300's as standalone sites across the UK, 5 of which have the 6100 CCM product. They have recently decided that they wish to restructure their call centre operation so that calls can be routed to any free agent at one of the 5 sites with the...
