Ahh yes, if you look on the top of the page on that question (you have scrol bars) you have to scroll the screen to see the IP addresses. it was 192.168.1.x meaning 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.3 and you had to allow like 1.4 but block all others. I hate to say it but I think the scroll got ya :-(...
