I was having a similar problem (ring n/a) and it turned out to be the Lorain box that sits between the sound system to the Mitel. I was troubleshooting the board. Check to make sure your connector is up and running. Mine was a loose wire! Good luck...Ln

The overhead connection stopped working. I can use the paging system independent of the Mitel, but when I dial the access code from a telephone all I get is dead air...the board looks okay (?) in software...I have no maintenance contract on a system I inherited (I'm an Avaya girl)...please help!
