Not really, AD is quite intelligent to work it out, it's not like NT4. But is always better to do so. Depends on how long it takes, not very long i would presume.
I would get the program that allows you to unlock the dat file and delete the whole profile. Allow the TS profile to down again.
Would also check the server copy also as could be the prob....
I would agree with Porkchop too, easier to create a standard, and if makes changes then will re create when next person log's on.....save disk space to name one but a few, could use that extra space for the personal folders for instance.

Would it not be easier for the provider to unblock the port, or go into the router of your ISP and do a port forward to another port which will match on the server?
It just doesn't make sense, since it will not work.
Answer: Even if we will enable that option, if you choose a different port, other than 25, nobody will be able to receive your emails, because all SMTP hosts and servers work on port 25 which is a standard for SMTP as defined by Internet...

I have the following issue which i need to resolve. Firstly i have 2K3 SBS edition which services around 5 users on AD & Exchange. The server has one nic on it.

I did what the last comment did, i ghosted the old drive to the new, from something like 40gb to a 300gb drive.
I then used the raid 5 option on the drive to mirror onto another 300gb drive and hey presto, all worked and nothing more to do as already configured.
