    I have a gateway that has a DS1 board that shows "no board" although there is a board inserted.  We have new and old boards into an empty slot and can see that the card is good. I am thinking its the MG, what are your thoughts?

    R-Media Alarm won't go away!!

    I have a R-Media alarm that will not go away. The red LED is lit on the Removable Media Drive. I have replaced the media, the MSS\Net and the Removable Media drive. When I test the H-adapter and the disk all tests pass. Has anyone seen this before?

    I was attempting to log-in to a Definity G3R system and got a “unexpected response” message from the system. Does anyone know what that means and/or why I received this message?
