I need to add prefix 844 to our option 11. I am not quite sure how to do this and appreciate any assistance that can be given. if I have to submit this request to our interconnect it will take 2-3 days to get done and I need it sooner than that.

I need to create a call pick up group for an assistant who is monitoring the calls of 2 different users that have a primary and phantom extension. is it possible to create a group that will include both the primary and phantom and how do I assign a code for the pick up? thanks in advance

we recently added 1140 IP sets and are trying to use both wirless andcorded headsets (Plantronics CS540 and H141) on them. the headset lamp indicator is active but we cannot get dial tone. do we need to configure the sets to use these? If so, can anyone advise futher on how to do this?

thanks for your reply. i'm not following when you say "how are the callers being routed?" the revert dn goes to our main switchboard for further assistance.
i would like to give callers the option of depressing a numerical key and have the call routed to a cell/home office.
I would like to have callers routed from callpilot to a mobile phone. I am unable to find where/how to do this.
Has anyone done this? If so, can they guide me through the process? It may be that we are running a version that does not support that feature.

I have made a mistake - I removed an existing 3902 set and am unable to copy a 3903 set into that location.
I am using LD 11 to make this change - is that correct?
When I go to copy the 3903 to the TN I get a sch code.
Can anyone help or provide further info?
