Good day! We've got several hundered phones and all have the correct time. I just built 3 new 7965 phones and only one of them is showing exactly 4-hours fast. I've looked everywhere in the programming and can't see anything unusual. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help. That's where you set up the notification and in the old Unity the schedules were there too but on the "Connection" series there's no schedule there.

Good day. On our old Unity the time schedule on when Unity will call your cell when you get a voice mail message was very obvious to find. On the the new Unity Connection I can't find it anywhere. Please let me know where the schedule is locatied.

Most callers quickly disl "0" when a A/A answers so don't allow that until all the options are given. Keep the options to no more than 3 (or 4 maximum) and then branch off from the original options to 3 or 4 others. Keep the recordings clear and not too loud. Setting up Spanish or other language...
Good day! We have some local calls in another area code. Telco recently added another office code that has to be added so we can dial 9-NPA-NNX-XXXX (no dial "1" first). Can't find where/how to add this into the data base. Any help would be much appreciated.
