I have a problem with a long subreport. In order to get the column headings to appear above the first line of detail I have to put them in the Report header rather than the page header. But then they dont appear again at the top of each new page the subreport fills. Any Ideas?

How About:- You could add another entry to the combo box by using a UNION query e.g. Select department from tbldepartments UNION Select "All" from tbldepartments then do some code to select a different query if the value of the combo box is "All" when you fire the report
