In the application builder I am only able to acces one of my three recordings to make changes to them. On the other two recordings I receive an error message (The system could not load the application from the sever. Please check the connection to the sever and try again.)
I think all of the calls are going through the ccr tree, I'm trying to get the cust try to watch for some type of pattern since I can not be there very often..
The phones are forwarded to the voice-mail extension, but other than that no. I have not been able to duplicate the problem myself but most every on in the hospital has been having this problem. You can listen to the messages and see they have gone to the worng place, but this is only on calls...
I am having problems that when someone enters an extension from the auto-attendant it goes to someone else's extension and is happening on many different extensions. I have changed out the call-pilot 150 and same is still happening. Could this be a problem in the MICS? It does not happen...
Is there any way to make the calls in a call log appear with the most recent first instead of the oldest coming first? Cust with a call log of 100 complaing of having to scroll through all calls to get to the most recent calls...
