I have a system working where several hunt groups go to different voicemail boxes. Just make sure you set the voicemail box number to be the same as the hunt group number. Set the HG overflow to the voicemail extension number.

Thanks. Countless reboots of the PBX and/or VM have been done. Have now refreshed the port using 7310 but still no joy. Switch Rel 02D CICS Rel 3 v8.13 I'm 95% certain that this particular Startalk has worked on this CCU before.
