Just as Dagwood said, I have told them I have re-booted, replaced and all other things, just to see there stuff MAGICALLY START TO WORK, with none of the above.
But, I can also admit...
I think a print of your ARS Tables could be helpful here.
Are you able to print them out and post them?
OF course, I would always suspect the vendor, considering you have stated that these lines are NOT PRI.
