3300 ICP on v7.1.4.9_1, using embedded voicemail. 1 mailbox on the whole system is experiencing a problem whereby the automated message is played on no answer, even though this m/box has got a personalised greeting recorded.
i have checked everything I can think of and everything checks out...
It works fine with the handset yes and yes, I have checked the mic is not muted.
The user (owner of the 5212) can hear the other end but they can not hear him/her. This would indicate an issue with the mic, but i've checked this.
I have a site on s/w rel. 7.x where all their ss5212's only allow incoming speech, outgoing can not be heard.
ss5330's work just fine both ways.
Anyone heard of this or know why?
Manual states full handsfree operation IS a feature of this handset.
