You have to be careful when you search based on last login time for a mailbox. I have found that if a mailbox has autologin enabled, then the last login time is not updated when that user checks their messages. The only time it seems to update is when they check their messages remotely...
I have just set up Queueing directly agents (versus q'ing to a skillset). I have the script right, and the calls are q'ing to the proper location, but I'm having problems accessing the reports.
I am using Symposium 5.0, and my book from the Scripting I class says that calls q'd to an agent...
