Hello, I went through the CCNA academy about four years ago and need to know the best way to get current. I took the test and failed it years ago. Is this cert helpful if I have no experience?

I completed the CCNA academy at a local community college about four years ago. I took the test once afterwards and came close but, failed it. Does anyone have any advice on how I would get current quickly and pass this thing?

My Vista Machine will run online for twenty minutes or so then blink out and ask for a "Broadband Service Provider" password? What could this be? I also have two XP laptops connected wirelessly through a router the Vista desktop is wired (same linksys router)

Okay,I just messed with this "project" again. I stand corrected. Indeed, it was a connection issue. It is completely illogical that this desktop was in any config other than what I remember leaving it with, intact and operational...Yet, the motherboard was unplugged (the main contact.) Not...

I'm thinking it might be a battery issue. The pc was running fine after I installed the power supply then it sat off power for months. Do I have to replace the battery or is there a work-around?
