You see, that's just it. It's doing it incorrectly. Instead of going to the CORRECT out of service hunt group, it's going to the voicemail of the first hunt group. I don't want it to go to that voicemail. I want the out of service button to work properly, and roll over to a _different_ hunt group.
Yes, I am using VMPRO. How would you dynamically set a uservariable from a button on a phone? I went through the button options and didn't see one to do such a thing.
Well technically, they don't _need_ to take messages on that hunt group, it could be any group honestly. So if I turn off VM for the group, it should ring over to the fallback when activated?
Here's a very round-about idea. Setup two phantom extensions with fwd unconditional on, with the cell phone # in each. Put both into a HG, collective ring, no VM, and set the callback to ring either to the HG or to a ICR pointed to that HG.

I have an ICR going to a hunt group w/ 3 people and an overflow to another HG which just rings to an auto attendant (which does a day/night/holiday test and pulls the correct recording for menus...
You are a genius! That is so rediculous, but it makes sense when you think about how the dial by name works. The one use (Joe B) was the only user who had setup their name and password to test with. Gosh...I must have messed with that thing for 2 hours, haha. THANK YOU!
I have an IP406 (3.2.(55)) running along VMPro (whatever the latest is). Within my AA I have a dial by name object, and can get it to work on only one name on my system.
