I am having problems merging to word documents. I have set up a template letter it has two versions of the same letter one after the other. I am then merging a look-up or group from Act 9 But it puts the contact details for the same contact in both letters.

Can you print a merged word document? Because if you can - it is easier to print labels set up as a word document.

Thanks for that - just tried to run the hotfix and it would not let me says it is for version 9.1. My version is 9.0.0.175 English (United Kingdom). When i clicked the Act update it says i laready have the latest version.

Yeah I created both templates and yes they were created with the same database. It was originally an Act 6 database that has recently been imported into Act 9. The field names in the database say Address1 and NOT Business Line 1.
Must amit the Business Line 1 did work so not sure what...

Aha! After several attemps, plus talking to an Act conslutant and Act technical Help in the UK it seems there is a bug in the programme. In otherwords you can't fix the problem direct. I have found a solution as sorts ... this is what i did:
