    I wish I knew what more I needed to know, probably lots. We use H323 and I had to add the no fixup protocol lines to all the pix's to get the phones to work. I'm not even sure what DMP stands for. Does anyone have any suggestion for good material, recommended books to readup on troubleshooting...

    Can you point me in the right direction for diagnosing the cause of the missed packets, assuming they are the symptom of the underlying problem affecting call quality.

    So this type of installation isnt unusual? Meaning using a Lan-to-Lan tunnel between sites without leased lines should be sufficient for good call quality? I hadnt thought about doing an upgrade...

    Good evening everyone, We have a 406 version 3.2 using office manager 5.2 and was wondering if there is a way to adjust the volume level of the music on hold file i.e. the wav file used by the system on boot. It seems to be to load and causing distortion although it sounds fine if you play it...
