    Hi, Before, when I entered "display initcauses" command via ASA, there were still data present on the system particularly the last 16 reboots that were performed in the switch. However, those initcauses data is lost. All I can see under the cause and action field is only "?" sign. What happened?

    Thanks guys. Dwalin is correct. Since we're not utilizing any new trunk members using transfer connect feature, the agent still uses the line upon transferring where the original call went through. :(
