I bought a BCM 50 from an unauthorized dealer. Nortel will not allow customers like me to download software from their website. I am unable change the auto attendant's outgoing message - presumably because I am missing the call pilot icon and associated software. Does anyone have suggestions? 1)...- Flexlinkdale
